so ive been reading “The Search” by john battelle… and have become relatively interested in google… conlusion… leaderless companies are ideal… and the 30% time and 10% resources deal seems smart…

so for the future… it is essential to build an entity where everyones a leader, has ownership, and feels responsible towards this entity… and hopfully the characteristics of the entity will bring out the best in the people who make it…

alrite… straight to video:  this is eric schmidt, sergey brin, and larry page answering some questions at zeitgeist 08… in my opinion, the most valuable question was the one about “happiness”…
